The Satterthwaite two
both Charlie and Joe trained with Hammers and made some appearances and later CHARLIE signed for woolwich arsenal, i cannot find anything more on Joe
apart from him appearing for workington.

I was expecting this thread to be about a couple of Irish bombers.

Only joking! It was created by Hugh, so it was blindly obvious it was going to be about a couple of obscure footballers that played about 20 seconds of football for us in the 1920's.

I remember them. They sported handle bar moustaches and like all footballers back then, moved 1/3 faster than players from the 60s onwards.
